While Missy A had just a plain turkey dog, Mr G's was inspired by a fastfood chain's bacon-dog meal. Mr. G saw this on an ad, and requested if he could have it, minus all the works, for his lunch in school, provided I make it. Though it took much time to prepare, sounds like a done deal!
We made use of a turkey bacon and a turkey dog for a healthier option. Mr G isn't that big on sandwiches. He wanted nothing on it but ketchup, which is what that blue cup is for. And I stashed a blue bento spoon somewhere hidden behind that bun to help him with the ketchup. He had a handful of goldfish and green grapes too.
Yum!
My schedule's been hectic this passed few weeks. Work has taken over my bento blogging. But rest assured, the kidlets are still eating healthily.
