Potstickers Cutlets

What are potstickers?

Potstickers {or gyoza} are pan-fried dumplings with a meat and/or vegetable filling that is wrapped into a piece of rolled dough, sealed by crimping the edges together.  It has a thicker skin, which is usually eaten with a soy-vinegar dipping sauce.

Lunch is vegetable and meat potsticker cut into halves in our teal-lidded EasyLunchboxes, The Brights Collection, for a more finger-licking meal for the kiddos.  Soy vinegar dip is packed in our mini dipper by EasyLunchboxes.
